Pay starting is $18.80 - $23.70/hr. 

Annual increases  

Work Schedule  

First shift- Can start as early as 4:00am (Monday-Friday)

Second shift- As early as 2pm (Monday-Friday)

Third shift- As early as 10pm (Monday-Friday)

*Overtime work as required*

Job Overview: 

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking  Manufacturing Production Operators to work at our food processing facility in Newberry, SC! Under the direction of the Team Lead the employee will be responsible for filling in for various line positions in the Ready to Eat (RTE) or Raw area.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities  

• Ability to speak English is required. Must be able to read and write English to understand process instructions. Requires planning and management skills. Will require ability to balance different tasks to ensure all tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Responsible for their own safety as well as others.
• May be required to operate a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT).
• Employee will be required to pass all certification courses for these positions and perform them at line speeds, quality & costs.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing on feet and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
• Willing and able to lift up to fifty pounds.
• Frequent standing and walking are required.

Working Conditions:

• Work is indoors; primary production floor is wet and cold; secondary locations are occasionally wet, seasonal climate.
• You must wear the following PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): (bump cap/hard hat, safety glasses, slip resistant and steel toed shoes, ear protection).

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Must have basic math and computer skills.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing work experience.
