Responsibilities

Drives and enhances the talent strategy for the customers we serve, including leading talent identification and assessment activities, retention planning, succession planning, and development efforts for our employees.  Leads a dynamic team of talent acquisition recruiters in attracting and selecting qualified candidates, and in providing excellent service to both our internal and external customers; supports the hospital’s mission, values and department’s strategic plan. 

Qualifications

 

REQUIRED

 

BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or closely related field is required.  May be offset by 8 years of relevant and substantial work experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team.

Six (6) years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, HR experience or Customer Service experience, including two (2) years of demonstrated managerial/leadership experience overseeing a Talent Acquisition team.

 

 

PREFERRED

 

Significant experience in the design, development and implementation of recruiting procedures, policies, tools, metrics, etc.

Strong strategic and analytical capabilities to proactively anticipate and resolve issues and manage initiatives.

Demonstrated expertise in analyzing data.

Excellent cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Strong coaching, consulting, facilitation and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior leaders.

Strong people acumen, organizational agility, strategic thinking.

Knowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
