What will you do?
- Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests
- Receive, log, and manage support tickets via phone and email
- Provide first-line remote support for end-user devices, networks, applications, and peripherals
- Prioritize incidents and requests based on business impact and urgency
- Take ownership of user issues and provide timely updates throughout the resolution process
- Deliver excellent customer service while following IT service management principles
- Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
Candidate profile
- Fluent in Finnish, Estonian, and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Previous IT support experience is an advantage, particularly with password resets, software installation, and user management
- Basic understanding of computers, networks, software, mobile devices, and cloud technologies
- Strong sense of responsibility and critical thinking skills
