Booz Allen is seeking a high-impact technology leader with deep technical expertise and a proven record of driving innovation, disruption, and growth in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI) to support the Intelligence Community. We are intentionally seeking candidates who bring a commercial technology mindset and have built businesses, products, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate has successfully led organizations through periods of technology transformation, understands emerging cyber and AI capabilities, and has developed strategic relationships across the technology ecosystem.

What You’ll Work On:

• Provide technical leadership in defensive cyber operations, offensive cyber operations, secure infrastructure, attack-to-defend capabilities, AI-enabled cyber operations, enterprise-scale data processing, enterprise-scale data storage, or enterprise-scale data analytics.
• Lead organizations through significant technology disruption, modernization, or AI-driven transformation.
• Shape technical strategy while translating emerging technologies into scalable business opportunities.
• Build and expand strategic partnerships with OEMs, hyperscalers, and technology vendors.
• Develop and execute partner or channel strategies that generate measurable pipeline growth.
• Identify, qualify, and mature strategic opportunities across government and commercial markets.

You Have:

• Experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud infrastructure, or technology
• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community mission
• Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies
• Experience working for leading technology vendors or commercial technology companies within defensive cyber operations, offensive cyber operations, secure infrastructure, attack-to-defend technologies, AI-enabled cyber operations, enterprise-scale data processing, enterprise-scale data storage, or enterprise-scale data analytics
• Experience building partner ecosystems, channel programs, OEM relationships, or strategic alliances that resulted in measurable revenue or pipeline growth
• Knowledge of technology go-to-market motions, product strategy, and customer adoption
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and customers
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Nice If You Have:

• Experience leading cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or infrastructure technology companies
• Experience in product organizations, platform engineering, cybersecurity vendors, cloud providers, or AI companies
• Experience collaborating with major commercial technology partners and vendors
• Experience supporting federal customers while maintaining a commercial technology perspective

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
