We are seeking a dependable Lot Helper to maintain, organize, and prepare vehicles for auction. This role involves cleaning vehicles, securing personal items, performing basic maintenance, and supporting the overall organization of the auction lot. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to detail, and able to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Must be 24 years or older to be able to be added to our vehicle insurance.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities:
Support daily yard operations, workflow, and team tasks
Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
Operate machinery (e.g., forklifts, skid steers) safely and efficiently
Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance/repairs
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Assist with inventory, shipping/receiving, and material tracking
Follow safety policies, communicate effectively, and support general labor and special projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Some mechanical knowledge or equivalent experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to operate basic hand tools and follow job orders with minimal supervision.
Good written and verbal communication; bilingual a plus.
Reliable and flexible, able to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
Regular use of hands and fingers for vehicle preparation tasks.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work safely in noisy, odorous, and outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
Work Environment:
Outdoor auction lot with exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions.
Fast-paced environment requiring attentiveness, safety awareness, and teamwork.
