- Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction.
- Identify and escalate potential fraudulent activities.
- Manage stock balancing and transactional accuracy.
- Represent the Mukuru brand with professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Bring
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Customer service experience.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange and compliance regulations is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.
