We are looking for a responsible and experienced Lead Technician, QC to join the QC team in Qingyuan. In this role, you will perform routine quality testing, sensory evaluation, laboratory documentation and system updates for raw materials, intermediates and finished products. You will support the start-up and stabilization of the Qingyuan QC laboratory while contributing to safe, compliant and reliable quality operations.

Your key responsibilities

• Perform Routine Laboratory Testing

Conduct physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products according to established procedures/SOPs, using laboratory instruments such as Karl Fischer, GC/GCMS and other applicable equipment.

• Conduct Sensory Evaluation

Perform sensory evaluation for aroma materials and products, ensuring results are accurate, timely and properly documented.

• Support QC Lab Start-up & Daily Readiness

Support the start-up and stabilization of the Qingyuan QC laboratory, including test method preparation, sample workflow set-up, instrument checks/calibration support and laboratory 5S management.

• Handle Records, Systems & Data Integrity

Complete laboratory records, reports and system entries accurately and on time, following requirements for data integrity and traceability.

• Support Investigation & Quality Issue Follow-up

Participate in investigations related to non-conforming materials/products, laboratory deviations, customer inquiries or complaints, and support corrective and preventive actions.

• Maintain Standards & Drive Improvements

Support the establishment and maintenance of product specifications and quality documents based on Chinese national standards, company policies and customer requirements; actively suggest practical improvements.

You bring

• QC Laboratory Experience

3+ years of experience in quality testing, laboratory analysis or third-party testing; experience in perfumery, food, chemical or manufacturing quality labs is preferred.

• Sensory Evaluation Capability

Good sensory evaluation capability or relevant working experience, with a consistent and detail-oriented judgment standard.

• Planning, Communication & Execution

Good planning, communication and execution skills; able to prioritize testing tasks and report abnormalities in a timely manner.

• Factory & Process Understanding

Factory working experience and understanding of production processes, quality control points and on-site quality support requirements.

• Documentation & Digital Skills

Basic English reading and writing skills; proficient in common office software and able to complete laboratory records and reports accurately.

• System & Compliance Awareness

Experience with ERP/LIMS or other quality management systems is preferred; strong awareness of compliance and data integrity.

您的主要职责

• 执行日常实验室检测

按照既定程序/SOP完成原料、中间品及成品的物理和化学分析，熟练操作实验室相关仪器，如卡尔费舍尔、GC/GCMS及其他适用设备。

• 开展感官评估

对香原料和产品进行感官评估，确保检测结果准确、及时，并按要求完成记录。

• 支持QC实验室启动与日常准备

支持清远工厂QC实验室的启动和稳定运行，包括检测方法准备、样品流程建立、仪器点检/校准支持及实验室5S管理。

• 确保记录、系统和数据完整性

及时、准确地完成实验室记录、报告及系统录入，确保数据完整性和可追溯性。

• 支持异常调查与质量问题跟进

参与不合格品、实验室异常、客户咨询或投诉相关的调查，并协助落实纠正和预防措施。

• 维护标准并推动改善

根据中国国家标准、公司政策及客户要求，支持建立和维护产品技术规格及质量文件，并主动提出切实可行的改善建议。

• QC实验室经验

拥有3年以上质量检测、实验室分析或第三方测试相关工作经验；化学、化工、生物、食品等相关专业本科；具备香精香料、食品、化工或制造业质量实验室经验者优先。

• 感官评估能力

具备良好的感官评估能力或相关工作经验，能够保持严谨、稳定的判断标准。

• 计划、沟通与执行能力

具备良好的计划、沟通和执行能力，能够按优先级高效完成检测任务并及时反馈异常。

• 工厂及流程理解

有工厂工作经验，了解产品生产流程、质量控制关键点及现场质量支持要求。

• 文档与数字化能力

具备基本英语读写能力，熟练使用常用办公软件；能够准确完成实验室记录和报告。

• 系统与合规意识

有ERP/LIMS或其他质量管理系统使用经验者优先；具备良好的合规意识
