What you will have an opportunity to do:
At Pyramid Global Hospitality, we believe our people are our greatest asset. The Food & Beverage Manager plays a key leadership role in creating exceptional dining experiences by overseeing the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department. This position is responsible for driving service excellence, achieving financial objectives, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring compliance with company, brand, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a passionate hospitality professional who leads by example, inspires associates, and is committed to delivering outstanding guest satisfaction while supporting the overall success of the hotel.
- Achieve established goals for total customer satisfaction in Food & Beverage, in accordance with company standards.
- Respond to and maintain ratings on various restaurant customer satisfaction survey platforms.
Establish and maintain recruitment and retraining programs.
Hire, train, and supervise assigned staff.
Oversee the care and maintenance of all supplies, furnishings, and operational equipment; maintain acceptable ratings regarding workplace climate or employee satisfaction.
Promptly address and resolve any requests from guests and diners.
Supervise customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Control operating costs and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Efficiently resolve any customer conflicts or complaints.
Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain knowledge of the outlet's menus (including translations into other languages) and dish preparation times.
Supervise staff to ensure service is prompt, courteous, high-quality, and meets Hyatt standards.
Participate in meetings relevant to the position.
Carries out all instructions and tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, as well as additional responsibilities required by the position.
Punctuality regarding reports and meetings relevant to the role is required.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Business Administration and/or qualification in Hotel Management.
Bilingual.
Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experience.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
