Your experience: 

• In-depth understanding of retail and wholesale business processes, including point of sale (POS), inventory management, procurement, sales and customer service
• Ensuring the smooth integration of omnichannel processes with other SAP modules, including cloud solutions and external systems

The role: 

• Support of SAP projects with holistic responsibility, which includes requirements analysis, solution development, conception, implementation, acceptance, tests, rollouts and commissioning
• You advise and support our customers in the conception and implementation of SAP Retail
• You develop and implement adjustments in the SAP Retail environment to meet the business requirements of our customers
• Customizing SAP Retail to meet individual customer requirements
• You integrate these SAP solutions within the digital core and/or external systems to ensure seamless business processes
• You conduct training and workshops for customers and our internal teams
