Position Title: HR Coordinator
Working Location: Tagore lane
Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
Handle full-cycle payroll processing.
Oversee monthly manpower costs by accurately calculating, budgeting, and controlling all expenses.
Perform general administrative tasks and manage the onboarding/offboarding process (uniforms, contracts, food hygiene certificates, etc.).
Ensure employee information is up to date and accurate.
Apply for, renew, and cancel work passes for foreign employees.
Advise employees on HR-related and administrative matters (leave, recruitment, payroll, insurance, etc.).
Manage the day-to-day operations of HR and Admin duties.
Handle applications and renewals for SFA licenses and food hygiene certifications for outlet staff.
Submit and track statutory claims, such as NS make-up pay, government paid leave, CPF, and IR21.
Perform other duties as assigned.

A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HR activities.
Experience with Infotech software is required.
Must be able to work independently and handle pressure.
