Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other online platforms.
- Manage business development activities on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and sales pitches for potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
