Our target market is the 50K+ B2B Software/Tech companies in North America with 50 – 5,000 people. Our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) includes Sales/Revenue Operations members, Sales Leaders (Directors, VPs and the C-suite) and Finance Professionals (Controllers, FP&A managers, and the C-Suite). Your Role4Cast believes strongly in leading with a friction-free, product-lead-growth strategy. The product can be downloaded and setup within minutes directly from the Salesforce AppExchange. Your role as a sales leader is focused on two motions: Seek out and speak, demo, raise awareness with new prospective customers, andHelp existing customers expand their current footprint with 4Cast.To execute the motions above you will have access to some of the best sales technologies on the market including (but not limited to):Salesforce CRM,LinkedIn Sales Navigator,Sales Engagement platform (Outreach or Salesloft),Calendar automation (Calendly)Online Chat Platform (Drift) Great ungated content on the website & YouTubeFully populated and maintained demo environmentsAccess to our advisors who will provide coaching and support Skills & QualificationsA Minimum of 1-2 years in a Sales or Business Development role.Confidence in demoing and selling in both 1:1 and 1:many situations.Detailed knowledge of and passion for: SaaS applications, Sales Analytics, Salesforce, and Sales Processes.Entrepreneurial drive—you thrive being part of a small team, rapidly iterating on your approach to unlocking opportunities, and getting your hands dirty to sellProven success contacting cold prospects and getting them to give you the time of day.Competitive nature and a will to succeed in a target-driven environment
