Talent and Events Executive

Voxtr is a growing talent and brand management agency, working closely with brands such as Red Bull and Amazon, alongside an array of content creators with over million+ monthly views. We focus on long term career sustainability both with the creators we work with and our employees. We are now looking for an enthusiastic Talent and Events Executive to join us in bringing physical gaming events to life in London, as well as work on several digital-first products with brands and creators.You will play a key role in our events strategy, and work closely with our partners ( creators and brands) throughout the entire process, bringing their vision to life. The role will be remote with regular travel required to physical events in London. We are looking for a team player, who can communicate effectively with a wide range of communities throughout the gaming and esports world and is interested in the industry, gaming culture, and live streaming. We would like to hear from you if you're a  highly active student, recent graduate or experienced player in the gaming industry. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the event planning process for our partnersAssist in project managing all events, creating project plans, priorities, timelines, and giving post-event reports both for internal and external useWork closely with our partners to create best in class events and experiencesWork with the on-site team to brief on projects at certain stagesScout communities and creators for our partners to work withWorking directly with a number of content creators on physical and digital eventsRegularly attend events in London and assist in the execution of these events on the dayYou Have:Proven experience in running and creating events ( in a professional or university setting)Extensive knowledge of gaming culture and communitiesAttention to detail and ability to stay organisedAbility to watch many hours of twitch contentGood communication and writing skillsA creative approach to gaming content and event planningAbility to research, gather, and present relevant informationAbility to Travel to London on a regular basis ( 2-4 times a month)The job could be full time or part-time depending on the candidate(s).
