Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Landscaping Laborers / Grounds Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Orchard Park, NY area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $17-$22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform installation and routine grounds maintenanceOperate lawn mowers and weed whackers (string trimmers)Spreading mulch, topsoil, gravel, and stone
- Planting shrubs, flowers, and greenery
- Assist with grading, leveling, and bed preparation
- Edge beds, trim vegetation, pull weeds, and general property upkeep
- Use basic hand tools and landscaping equipment
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements:
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
- Experience using mowers, weed whackers, blowers, or hedge trimmers
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to Orchard Park job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Steel-toed boots preferred
