About Moolam Naturals
Moolam Naturals focuses on addressing the root causes of food waste and inadequate access
to fresh produce. We are building a complete ecosystem where the movement of fresh produce
is more efficient, transparent, and sustainable. We aim to reduce food waste, make local
produce available when it’s actually fresh, and ensure every part of the supply chain is

To assist us with this, we’re looking for an intern who can go out into the field, speak to people,
collect real information, and help us better understand the situation on the ground. This is not a
desk job. It’s a role where you go to markets, farms, and shops to observe what’s really
happening and bring that insight back to the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Visit vegetable markets, supermarkets, mandis, farms, and distributor points located in
Vijayawada. Occasionally, it may be necessary to conduct some visits outside the city.
● Talk to farmers, vendors, shopkeepers, and transporters to gather real-time information.
● Understand things like pricing, demand, supply issues, overstocking, unsold produce,
and how storage is being handled.
● Organize all your observations and data into Google Sheets.
● Prepare concise reports and summaries each week to present to the Moolam team.
These help us make better decisions.
● Complete the tasks assigned by the manager and assist with any specific information
that is relevant to the job role and within its scope.
● Travel allowance will be provided for the duration of on-field work.
