Key ResponsibilitiesSite-based Training Design & Delivery• Independently design and deliver localized training programs using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). • Develop localized training plans based on business needs. • Deliver key training sessions, coaching, and evaluations.Coordination & Resource Management• Coordinate all training activities, scheduling, and resource allocation. • Facilitate communication among Trainers, HR, Sales, and Operations. • Act as the local bridge between Site teams and ME Training HQ.Strategy Execution & Performance Enhancement• Execute regional training strategies aligned with company goals. • Drive business performance improvement through targeted training. • Track key KPIs and propose improvement actions.Culture & Team Development• Promote company culture and values within the local team. • Support development and performance of Trainers. • Bridge cultural understanding between local and HQ teams.
