Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
Working Location: North – Ang Mo Kio (Require taking few bus stops)
Working Hours: 5.5 days / Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat:9am-1pm
Salary Package: Up to SGD 2300 + AWS + Medical & Dental Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Ensure goods are received, stored, retrieved, and dispatched safely and on time.
Identify areas for improvement and support efforts to improve productivity.
Manage warehouse systems and processes to improve efficiency and time management.
Monitor deliveries of raw materials for production and ensure stock is arranged and issued using the FIFO system.
Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments.
Maintain clear and accurate identification and labelling of warehouse materials.
Create and implement an effective materials transfer process.
Monitor stock levels to ensure minimum quantities are maintained and support future capacity planning.
Support the production department by preparing raw materials and packaging materials based on stock-out request forms and BMR lists.
Conduct monthly physical inventory checks and audits.
Prepare monthly inventory reports for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods by the end of each month. Provide finished goods inventory reports when requested by management.
Ensure the warehouse and receiving/distribution areas are safe, clean, secure, and well maintained at all times.
File and organize warehouse-related documents.
Carry out other duties or tasks assigned by management or supervisors.

Minimum Secondary or O-Level qualification.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Forklift License will be advantage
Able to perform hands-on warehouse tasks and work independently.
