Position Title: Welder Technician
Working Location: Seletar
Working Hours: 5 working days; Monday-Thursday (8.30AM – 6.30PM), Friday (8.30AM – 5.30PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Phone Allowance + Attendance Allowance + OT + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Perform TIG and MIG welding to repair and refurbish components according to quality standards
Support workshop operations including benching, blasting, brazing, blending, polishing, and cold working processes
Attend safety and environmental training and follow workplace safety procedures
Support continuous improvement activities and team initiatives to improve work processes
Any ad hoc duties as assigned

O’ Level / NITEC or equivalent qualification in Precision Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding or similar welding work
Willing to learn different welding techniques and processes
Able to read and understand technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures
Able to work carefully when using tools and equipment
Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or precision engineering environments is an advantage
Welding certification from recognised training providers will be an advantage
