What's expected of you

• Be the welcoming face of the store. You’ll greet customers, set the tone for their experience, and make them feel like the visit was worth it. 

• Manage device check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently. 

• Drive sales of Connected Home products, protection plans, accessories, and refurbished devices. Your attach rate is a core performance metric. 

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service inquiries, pricing, and product information. 

• Educate customers on products, services, and available solutions, so they leave knowing more than when they arrive. 

• Take ownership of customer escalations: resolve them confidently and professionally. 

• Merchandise the accessory wall and maintain retail display standards. 

• Generate leads, follow up on open opportunities, and actively drive Google reviews. 

To be successful at uBreakiFix, you'll bring 

• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience. We'll teach you the tech. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people quickly. 

• Sales-driven mindset with the focus to perform in a fast-paced environment. 

• Natural ability to recommend solutions and handle objections without being pushy. 

• Basic technical curiosity and willingness to learn our product offerings. 

• Experience in wireless, electronics, hospitality, or service-based retail (preferred). 

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

• A passing background check (criminal and drug test)
