Welder

Overview

Heartland Ag Systems Equipment, a division of Titan Machinery, needs to add a Welder to our manufacturing team! In this role, you will be a valued member of Team Titan by:

 

Responsibilities

• Taking Care of Our Customers:  Perform difficult and specialized set ups on a wide range of similar and dissimilar metals and alloys
• Being an Expert:  Plan and select welding procedures, welding points, or contact cycles per specifications
• Showing Commitment to Excellence:  Monitor production plan and internal paperwork to perform tasks in the designated sequence
• Being Safe:  Show a focus on always keeping yourself and your team members safe

 

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of welding experience
• Ability to weld on stainless steel (MIG/TIG welding)
• Have working knowledge of blueprints, drawings, and schematics
• Love to learn, and stay up-to-date on product training
