采购计划实习生

岗位职责：

• 协助在 I-BUY 系统中提交特殊费用类 MRO 订单申请，跟踪订单生成情况，并及时将订单信息转交相关 Buyer/Planner 进行后续处理。

• 协助衔接 PCBA Components 物料买卖全流程，包括订单盖章、提交客服录入、协调生产及入库，并在具备发货条件后通知客服安排发货。

• 负责在明道云提交盖章申请；审批通过后完成盖章，将扫描件发送给相关 Buyer/Planner，并上传明道云归档。

• 根据 Buyer/Planner 的要求，每日及时、准确地将生产计划上传至明道云。

• 在明道云或紧急物料跟踪表中登记紧急物料需求，持续跟踪处理进展，并及时反馈异常或延误情况。

• 协助 Buyer/Planner 准备预付款申请及相关支持文件，并协调相关负责人完成审核与签字。

• 负责 NAMCO 核级管控订单 QAR 文件的复印、扫描和签字流转，并将完整文件提交 IQC 留存。

• 每月与供应商核对收货及开票信息，协助识别并跟进差异，确保相关记录准确、完整。

• 每周协助准备 IMAG 文件，完成相关数据整理、处理、更新及上传。

• 每周对比库存数据，分析主要变化及异常，并输出库存 Top 30 清单供团队参考。

• 完成LEADER安排的其他临时性支持工作，配合采购计划团队的日常运营需求。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、采购管理、工商管理、财务、数据分析等相关专业优先。

• 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件，具备良好的 Excel 数据整理与分析能力，能够使用常用函数、数据透视表等工具者优先。

• 具备较强的学习能力和系统操作能力，能够快速掌握 I-BUY、明道云及公司内部业务流程。

• 工作认真细致，责任心强，对数据、订单及文件信息具有较高的准确性和完整性意识。

• 具备良好的沟通协调能力和服务意识，能够主动跟进事项，并及时反馈异常、风险及处理进展。

• 具备良好的时间管理和任务优先级管理能力，能够按日、周、月度要求及时完成多项支持工作。

• 遵守公司合规、文件管理及保密要求，能够妥善处理订单、付款、供应商等相关资料信息。

• 能够保证稳定出勤；实习生每周可出勤 4 天及以上、可连续实习 6 个月及以上者优先

• 有采购、计划、供应链、生产运营、客服、财务或文控相关实习及工作经验者优先。
