Essential Qualifications基本资质

·       Bachelor degree or above, diploma in chemistry or equivalent scientific discipline.

本科及以上学历，化学或相关专业。

·       Necessary understanding of good lab practices and management of scientists and analytical chemists who perform analytical work.

对良好的实验室操作规范及实验室人员管理有必要了解。

Essential 必要条件

·       Five (5) years of experience working within cosmetics or similarly regulated industry with exposure to laboratory, manufacturing and compliance expectations.

五年化妆品或类似监管行业工作经验，接触过实验室、制造和合规。

·       Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems and cGMPs.

质量保证体系和 cGMP 知识。

·       People management experience preferable.

有人员管理经验者优先。

·       Good understanding of data Integrity pertaining to laboratory environment.

对实验室环境的数据完整性有很好的理解。

·       Good knowledge of Safety & Technical Standards for Cosmetics/GB requirements.

·       Understanding of working in a highly regulated and fast paced environment.

·       Good communication & presentation skills (oral and written).

·       Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, risk management and internal and external regulatory requirements.
