As a Security Officer - Full Time 1st Shift Guard in Hebron, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and site procedures. You will deliver outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and document security-related activity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, delivery-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, parking lots, vehicle access points, dock doors, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify credentials for authorized personnel and visitors, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
• Complete required activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
