The GT Workspace Business Analytics Lead is responsible for delivering strategic business analytics, reporting, and insights that support workplace management, space planning, occupancy optimization, and location strategy initiatives across Global Technology. This role partners across Workforce Distribution and the BMC reporting team to transform complex data into actionable intelligence, support executive decision-making, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement development and maintenance of workspace analytics, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting
• Analyze occupancy, capacity, utilization, allocation, and portfolio data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop standardized reporting methodologies and governance practices to ensure data integrity and consistency
• Support recurring executive reporting and ad hoc analytical requests
• Provide analytical support for workplace transformation initiatives, consolidations, restacks, refreshes, and location strategy efforts
• Conduct scenario analysis and business impact assessments to support strategic decision making
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate workspace requirements and optimize resource allocation
• Deliver recommendations that balance business needs, employee experience, and portfolio efficiency
• Collaborate with Workplace Management, Business Support, Corporate Real Estate, Technology, and Line of Business partners
• Consult with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and analytical opportunities
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders
• Serve as a trusted advisor on workspace data, trends, and business performance metrics
• Support cross-functional initiatives that require analytical expertise and reporting alignment
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting automation, and analytical capabilities
• Support integration and validation of data from multiple workplace and business systems
• Develop meaningful KPIs and performance measures to monitor workspace effectiveness
• Analyze employee workspace behaviors and portfolio performance to identify optimization opportunities
• Lead process improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Maintain documentation, business requirements, and reporting inventories
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
• Defines program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance structures, and ways of working with key stakeholders
• Works closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new change initiatives
• Monitors the execution of defined tasks through tracking of program milestones and their statuses, developing program plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators
• Analyzes, evaluates, and overcomes program risks, and produces program reports for managers and stakeholders
• Identifies key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to perform in alignment with the program objectives
• Works with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department, leading them to negotiate decision making for efficient and effective resolution
• Meets with stakeholders to provide transparency into project issues and decisions on services, builds positive relationships, asks questions, and uses tools to uncover root causes to challenges, identify opportunities, and make recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, workforce planning, workplace strategy, corporate real estate analytics, finance, or related disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate actionable insights
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting and visualization tools
• Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership teams
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting workplace management, corporate real estate, occupancy planning, or space utilization initiatives
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, workforce planning, or scenario modeling
• Knowledge of workplace management systems, occupancy tools, or portfolio management platforms
• Experience developing automated reporting solutions and data governance processes
• Ability to influence decision making through data-driven recommendations
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
• Experience working within a large, complex, matrixed organization

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$140,000.00 - $173,400.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
