Description
INUIKII is a dynamic international footwear brand known for combining distinctive design with comfort, quality, and functionality. To support our growing team, we are looking for an HR professional.
Tasks
Managing the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding
First point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters
Preparing and submitting monthly payroll changes to our external payroll provider and reviewing payslips
Point of contact for social insurances and insurers (AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG), including employee registrations and deregistrations
Drafting employment contracts, reference letters, confirmations and internal regulation
Absence and case management, coordination with insurers
Further developing HR processes, policies and tools in a growing company
Requirements
Completed HR qualification (e.g. Swiss Federal Diploma in HR) or equivalent
Several years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in an SME or scale-up
Solid knowledge of Swiss employment and social insurance law
Experience working with external payroll providers is an advantage
Independent, structured and hands-on working style
Discretion, empathy and a calm approach in sensitive situations
Excellent German and good English
