This role demands proactive monitoring and coordination to support seamless cloud operations and contribute to the overall effectiveness of cloud services within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud operations with organizational goals.
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cloud service delivery and operational processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Linux-based cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of system performance monitoring and capacity planning.
- Ability to automate routine tasks using scripting languages and tools.
- Familiarity with cloud billing and cost management practices.
- Knowledge of security best practices in Linux system administration.
