We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Recruiter to join our elite team at Cohesity. As a valued member of our Talent Acquisition department, you will have the opportunity to help us build a world-class organization and continue to foster our outstanding culture. This is a unique opportunity to work with hiring teams, attract top talent, and play a meaningful role in crafting our lines of business. Working as a partner with your hiring managers, you'll serve as each candidate's main point of contact leading the recruitment process from resume submission to offer. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

• Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for multiple job requisitions simultaneously
• Generate innovative tactics to captivate and involve passive candidates, employing data-driven insights for achieving desired results.
• Proactively source candidates from various platforms, including LinkedIn and AngelList
• Serve as a trusted partner to educate hiring managers on effective hiring and sourcing strategies.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure a smooth recruitment process for each role
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator to efficiently schedule interviews and connect with potential candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify detailed job hiring criteria and implement effective hiring processes
• Partner with cross functional teams (HR, Compensation, Finance) to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Provide a flawless and encouraging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• 5 + years of experience of proven experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting (In-House experience preferred)
• Proficient sourcing abilities and the capability to excel in a dynamic and innovative setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed individual and team goals
• Passion for cultivating teams that consistently demonstrate outstanding work performance and prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Skilled in developing and nurturing connections with important individuals
• Proactive learner with a desire to take on new challenges

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.

We strongly prefer candidates who are currently located in or near the designated job location. Candidates outside the area should apply only if they are committed to relocating prior to their start date and have the legal right to work in the job location.
