We foster a collaborative, high-performance culture built on diversity, equity, and inclusion, where your expertise turns insight into impact, and your leadership powers sustainable growth.As Solution Architect, you will shape TP's most complex client solutions, reporting to the EVP Business Solutioning & Sales Enablement. You will own the end-to-end design of complex solutions, bringing together business, operational, and technology elements. Your goal is to make every proposal commercially viable, deliverable, and compelling for the client.How You Will Make an Impact

• Lead the end-to-end solution design for complex bids, RFPs and transformation opportunities, translating client goals into structured, practical solutions

• Bring together input from industry, operations, digital transformation, AI and automation experts into one coherent solution

• Act as the lead solution expert during proposal development, guiding and challenging the bid team and resolving scope questions

• Identify and mitigate solution risks, working with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams

• Shape commercial models and business cases (TCO/ROI, outcome-based) together with the pricing team

• Lead solution workshops with clients and partners, and present and pitch the solution to client audiences

What You Bring to the Team

• 5+ years of experience in solution design, bid leadership or transformation within BPO, outsourcing, digital or technology-enabled services

• A track record of designing large-scale solutions, ideally across several countries

• A good understanding of digital transformation, AI, automation and analytics

• Strong commercial acumen, including building business cases and assessing risk

• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence pitching to senior client audiences

• Experience leading virtual teams across functions, cultures and geographies

• Fluent English (C1 or above); French, German, Spanish or Italian is a plus

• Industry expertise in Banking & Financial Services, Telco, or Energy & Utilities
