  • Developing and monitoring meaningful KPIs that provide visibility to business performance and support improved profitability, productivity and cash generation.
  • Driving effective risk and opportunity management, working with leaders to develop and execute appropriate mitigation and improvement actions.
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through financial modelling, scenario analysis and evaluation of business initiatives.
  • Driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting, forecasting and financial analysis, including opportunities to improve efficiency through digital tools and automation.
  • Collaborating across Finance and other functions to improve financial performance, strengthen operating discipline and deliver business objectives.
  • Communicating financial performance and recommendations clearly and effectively to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team, setting clear priorities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university or college.
  • Have progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Commercial Finance, or Operational Finance ideally within a complex, global or operationally focused organization.
  • Confident in experience of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis and performance management.
  • Demonstrate the ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders, challenge constructively and influence decision-making.
  • Have a proven ability to translate complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to identify the key drivers behind business performance.
  • Have experience working with enterprise financial systems such as SAP and Oracle, along with strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
