Description
Salary is $78,286.68. This position will be open until filled.
- Be a high school graduate or equivalent, preferably supplemented by college level work in nutrition preferred
- Must be 21 years of age
- Possess a valid Virginia or North Carolina driver's license
- Pass a drug screening
- Have the ability to pass an extensive criminal history and background check
- Minimum of three (3) years managerial and/or supervisory level experience in food preparation for large groups of people, preferably in an institutional setting, or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements
- ServSafe certified or shall obtain such certification within six (6) months of employment as well as ServSafe Instructor & registered ServSafe Examination Proctor.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Must maintain a telephone in residence for emergency contact
- Must be willing to be in an on-call status
