We're looking for a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you'll own
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key B2B customers, building long term relationships with decision makers and senior stakeholders.
- Identify and drive opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, cross selling, and the expansion of existing customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored payment solutions in close collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead commercial discussions, prepare offers, support contract negotiations, and coordinate customer related projects through to successful completion.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and business opportunities while ensuring a consistently high level of customer experience.
What you'll bring
- Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven success in managing strategic customer relationships and growing existing accounts.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a confident approach to engaging decision makers and senior stakeholders.
- Customer focused, entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, proactive, and results oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent German and English.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience in the payments, financial services, software, or technology industry.
- Experience managing large or strategic enterprise accounts.
- Experience with CRM systems and working in an international, matrixed organization.
