Your mission

CALM has launched an ambitious fundraising growth strategy, and we are looking for a Supporter Engagement Manager to help drive our next chapter of growth.

  • You’ll join a growing team, fresh off its biggest fundraising year to date.
  • You’ll deliver ambitious supporter acquisition campaigns while continually testing and optimizing digital fundraising propositions.
  • You’ll use audience insights to build supporter journeys, that drive retention and deliver a fantastic supporter experience, turning brand awareness into long term support at scale.

We’re looking for someone with a mix of digital campaign delivery, data literacy, and hands on proposition development. Joining a newly formed team, you’ll start from a small portfolio of acquisition campaigns and help shape the future of giving at CALM.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teams across CALM to deliver digital and multi-channel acquisition campaigns at scale, testing new ideas and optimising performance using insight
  • Own the continuous improvement of acquisition products and propositions, identifying new opportunities, testing innovative approaches, analysing performance and adapting products to reflect changing audience behaviours and digital trends.
  • Manage and deliver against budgets, reporting on OKR’s, performance and reforecasting accordingly.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and maintain systems that support automated, multi-channel communications, that ensure mass audiences receive highly personalised, relevant, and meaningful touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams, to share insights and align campaign objectives with wider fundraising efforts.
  • Create and maintain new resources, materials and documentation to optimise supporter recruitment and experience.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practice, with a view to use these to increase CALM’s income.
  • Represent CALM externally as required, including attending CALM events to help provide a great experience for all attendees.
