£70,000 to £76,000 + £6,825 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
If you already manage BMS projects, this opportunity is worth exploring for the breadth of responsibility you’ll have across commercial performance, technical delivery and project execution.
You’ll manage programmes, project costs, labour and subcontractors while taking direct responsibility for variations, interim payment applications, revenue forecasting and controls procurement. You’ll also remain connected to the engineering through panel design approvals, technical submissions and design reviews.
You’ll need established BMS or building controls project management experience, strong commercial awareness and the technical understanding to contribute confidently to engineering and customer discussions.
The package includes £70,000 to £76,000 basic, £6,825 car allowance, performance-related bonus, 7.5% pension, private healthcare and 25 days’ holiday.
