広島工場のYE（Yield Enhancement）チームでは、DRAM開発における歩留まり向上と課題解決を担う解析テクニシャンを募集しています。

主な役割は、SEM / PFA / ETM（AutoTEM） Technicianの3つ。

最先端デバイスのプロセス開発において、SEM・TEMによる構造解析や元素分析を通じて、デバイス内部で「何が起きているのか」を可視化し、原因・要因の特定につながる重要なデータをエンジニアへ提供します。

解析結果は、開発課題の解決やプロセス改善を進めるための大切な手がかりとなります。

配属はSEM / PFA / ETM(AutoTEM)の中から、面談を通して相談しながら決定します。

職務内容

・不良部および指定箇所を加工装置（FIB）と最先端電子顕微鏡（SEM、TEM）を用いて高解像度の電子顕微鏡像および元素分析データを取得しエンジニアへ報告します。

・サンプル作製方法の改善や観察・分析条件の検討などを行います。

・YEエンジニアとコミュニケーションを図り、解析のレビューを行います。

・解析装置の不具合や改善の提案について、装置担当者やマイクロンのチームメンバーへ連絡します。

AIやデータ分析ツールを活用した業務改善および課題解決/Leveraging AI and Data Analytics Tools for Business Improvement and Problem Resolution

必要条件

・半導体製造工程の基本的なプロセスやレイアウト、構造、分析機器の知識を高める意欲のある方

・機器の操作手順と規則に従い作業する能力

・問題が発生した場合に適切な人に連絡する能力

・シフト勤務が可能な方 (昼勤と夜勤をローテーションします)。含む:夜間/土日祝(研修期間中は日勤対応、研修終了後はシフト勤務となります。

歓迎条件

・FIBまたはTEM, SEMの経験があれば尚可

・MSオフィス(PowerPoint、ワード、エクセル、ワンノート)を含むPCスキル

・コミュニケーションスキル(書面、口頭、プレゼンテーション)

・日本語でのコミュニケーションが出来る

・AIを用いた業務効率化の構築できる能力

勤務時間：

シフト勤務4勤4休 （昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み→昼勤→昼勤→夜勤→夜勤→4日間休み・・のサイクルです）

昼勤：8:00～20:15、夜勤：20:00～翌朝8:15
