Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee daily operations within our warehouse, coordinating the receiving, storage, and distribution of spas, pool tables, and related accessories. This position ensures that every product moves efficiently and arrives in excellent condition, reflecting the care our customers expect. Strong organizational skills and consistent attention to detail are essential to keeping inventory accurate and the workspace safe.

Role Overview

As the person responsible for the warehouse floor, you will direct a team of associates, manage workflow, and maintain the standards that support timely delivery and installation of large, high-value merchandise. You will serve as the link between inventory management, sales, and delivery teams, ensuring that schedules align and that handling procedures protect both products and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse associates, setting clear expectations for productivity and safety.
• Oversee the receiving process, verifying shipments against orders and inspecting merchandise with the attention to detail that prevents costly errors.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular counts and reconciling discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate the staging and loading of spas and pool tables for delivery, ensuring proper handling of heavy and fragile items.
• Organize warehouse layout to maximize space, improve flow, and support efficient order fulfillment.
• Enforce safety protocols, including the correct use of forklifts, lifting equipment, and personal protective gear.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and meet customer commitments.
• Monitor equipment condition and arrange maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Successful candidates bring supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting, ideally involving large or specialty goods. The ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable is central to the role, as is the attention to detail needed to catch inventory variances before they grow.

• Several years of warehouse or logistics experience, including a leadership or supervisory component.
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems and standard warehouse procedures.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, with a solid grasp of safe material handling.
• Physical capacity to lift, move, and maneuver heavy merchandise and to remain active throughout a shift.
• Clear communication skills for coordinating across teams and documenting records with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a steady, organized approach under tight delivery deadlines.
