Senior Analyst, Materials Planning & SIOP

Be part of our team and help drive effective materials planning and supply chain performance! As a Senior Analyst, Materials Planning & SIOP, you will support demand forecasting, production planning, and capacity management to ensure resources are aligned with business needs and customer requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve planning processes, strengthen supply capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Do?

• Support the development and implementation of materials planning and SIOP strategies.
• Help improve standardized planning processes to ensure efficient use of resources and timely customer delivery.
• Monitor demand trends, forecasts, and market changes to support short- and long-term planning.
• Analyze demand requirements and maintain accurate data to support planning activities.
• Work with product development, sales, and marketing teams to support demand forecasting.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to align production capacity, inventory, and customer demand.
• Support monthly production planning based on business forecasts, customer orders, inventory levels, and available capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning systems, tools, and processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help develop plans to improve material availability and overall supply chain performance.

What You Will Learn

• Gain experience in Materials Planning, SIOP, demand forecasting, and production planning.
• Develop skills in inventory management, capacity planning, and supply chain analysis.
• Learn how to use business data and forecasts to support planning decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Build experience in process improvement and supply chain performance management.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in materials planning, demand planning, production planning, or SIOP.
• Knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, and manufacturing capacity planning.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems for supply chain activities.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience in process improvement and KPI monitoring.
