Product Management Manager – Power

Semiconductors, Greater China Your role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Management Manager to strengthen our Power Switches Product Management team in Shenzhen. In this role, you will act as a key business interface between the Product Line and the Greater China market, combining deep customer understanding, product and application knowledge, and commercial ownership. Your mission is to identify and convert growth opportunities, particularly in fast-moving power semiconductor markets and the rapidly evolving China AI ecosystem. You will work closely with our customers, regional sales and marketing teams, application and segment organizations, and the global product line organization. Key responsibilities in your new role        Drive growth Act as the One

Face to the Customer for assigned strategic customers and market activities. Take end-to-end

business responsibility and develop growth plans jointly with Account

Management and regional teams. Drive

design-in/design-win activities and translate them into sustainable revenue

growth. Define and track

DWIN and revenue targets for the respective customer groups. Represent the

Product Line in customer meetings, account reviews and performance reviews. Develop the Greater China business Serve as a key

interface to the  Greater China region  and strengthen collaboration

between the global Product Line and local teams. Identify

emerging market trends, customer requirements and new business opportunities in

China. Develop product positioning and growth strategy in the China AI ecosystem , including

hyperscaler, power-supply and infrastructure opportunities. Develop

relationships with strategic ecosystem players and enable early engagement on

future platforms and architectures. Drive product and portfolio success Translate

customer and market requirements into actionable input for product and

portfolio strategies. Take commercial

ownership for pricing and quoting activities within the assigned scope. Support

new-product introduction and act as a growth manager for new technologies and

products. Drive product

positioning and enable the regional organization with clear value propositions,

competitive positioning and go-to-market strategies. Act as Product

Champion / Global Enablement lead where required. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  University degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, Business

Engineering or a comparable field. Strong professional experience in product marketing, product management, technical

marketing, sales or business development in the semiconductor industry. Solid understanding of power semiconductors and power electronics ; experience

with SiC, IGBT and/or related power technologies is a strong advantage. Strong understanding of the Greater China semiconductor ecosystem , ideally

including data center, AI infrastructure, power supply, photovoltaic/energy

storage or industrial power applications. Proven ability

to turn customer and market insights into concrete business opportunities and

growth initiatives. Strong

commercial mindset with experience in pricing, business cases, revenue planning

and customer negotiations. Ability to work

effectively across global and regional organizations and to influence

stakeholders without direct reporting authority. Entrepreneurial

mindset with a high degree of ownership and the ability to operate

independently in a dynamic market environment. Excellent

communication and presentation skills. Fluent

Mandarin Chinese and English. Willingness to
