Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
- Lead meetings with auditees and travel to different sites to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes
- Supervise the identification and assessment of significant business risks, applying best audit and business practices
- Manage resources and assignments to effectively reduce business and financial risks through control implementation and monitoring
- Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures aligned with global best practices
- Plan and oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes and conduct ad hoc investigations
- Ensure timely implementation of the annual internal audit plan and provide complete and accurate information to Management
- Communicate with and guide managers and staff, including delivering courses and training sessions, to promote adherence to established policies and procedures
What will convince us
- Academic degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Compliance and | or Internal Audit
- Full understanding of relevant laws and regulations that apply to the business
- Excellent communication and training skills combined with strong analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Proven Microsoft Office skills
