Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Generate pick-tickets and pick orders from the warehouse

· Answer inbound calls to obtain sales orders from customers

· Stage loading of trucks; load and/or unload trucks

· Provide parts to the customer while maintaining appropriate paper-work bearing customer’s signature

· Pickup parts to be returned to the store with appropriate paperwork bearing signatures as required from customer

· Inquire as to customer needs as related to additional sales, services, etc.

· Collect money from customers and record transactions on customer receipt

· Record sales and deliveries information on daily sales or delivery records

· Maintain routine maintenance on truck and keep truck clean inside and out

· Unpack received parts and place parts on proper shelves in proper place

· Stock and organize shelves and cores

· Perform other assigned tasks/responsibilities, as needed

Successful Candidates Will Have:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Heavy duty truck or automotive parts knowledge/experience

· Excellent communication (oral & written)

· Customer service oriented

· Ability to operate power industrial equipment (e.g. fork lifts, etc.)
