Mental Health Licensed Professional Counselor/Social Worker

Our nationally accredited team is currently seeking a LPC or LCSW- mental health therapist / counselor to provide therapy services for adolescents and adults in individual treatment!

Your Role:

• Therapeutic Excellence: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Evidence-Based Care: Provide individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices to address depression, anxiety, and social challenges.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor advanced graduate interns.
• Location: This role requires regular in-person attendance at the designated office location in accordance with an agreed-upon work schedule at the time of hire.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in Arizona as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
• Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.
• No suspension/exclusion/debarment from participation in federal health care programs.
