Key Responsibilities

\- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.

\- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.

\- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.

\- Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.

\- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.

## Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

\- Experience / Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

\- Availability: Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.

\- Work Authorization: Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Preferred Qualifications

\- Previous retail or beauty industry experience.

\- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution.

Pay Range:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.60 to $32.40. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.
