About the Job

We're seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care services at our employer-sponsored health center in Statesville, NC.

You'll care for patients ages 2 and older, providing preventive and acute care, managing chronic conditions, performing occupational health assessments, and supporting workplace wellness and safety.

This opportunity combines relationship-based primary care with a variety of occupational health services, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on both individual health and workforce well-being.

Position Hours: PRN

Clinic Operating Hours: Monday - Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Thursday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; and Fridays | 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services through in-person and virtual visits, as clinically appropriate
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions for patients ages 2+
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies
• Promote preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management through patient education
• Collaborate with medical assistants and other clinicians to support coordinated, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to applicable medical, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment focused on quality care and patient outcomes

What You'll Bring

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in New Hampshire
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) board certification
• Active DEA registration
• Experience providing primary care to patients ages 2 and older
• 2+ years of primary care experience preferred
• Experience with occupational health services, including workplace physicals, screenings, and testing, preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and commitment to patient confidentiality
• Ability to successfully complete required credentialing
• Commitment to preventive care, chronic disease management, and workplace wellness
