  • Provide technical expertise across multiple laboratory disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, immunology, and toxicology.

  • Assist clients in achieving and maintaining compliance with CLIA and applicable accreditation, licensing, and regulatory requirements, including CAP, COLA, and state-specific requirements.

  • Present technical findings, assessment results, and recommendations to laboratory leadership and other client stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and client personnel to identify opportunities to improve laboratory performance, quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Education and Credentials

  • A master's degree, Doctor of Clinical Laboratory Science (DCLS), Ph.D., or another relevant advanced degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Laboratory Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Professional credentials such as MLS(ASCP), MT(ASCP), CLS, or an equivalent medical laboratory science certification are strongly preferred.

Experience and Technical Expertise

  • Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in clinical laboratory operations, with demonstrated technical expertise and a broad understanding of laboratory testing and operations.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience across multiple clinical laboratory testing disciplines, including chemistry, hematology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, immunology, and/or toxicology.
