Requirements: 

 

1+ year's airport experience.

 

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 18+ years of age

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

 

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and other stakeholders by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an airport location.
• Monitor access points, terminals, and restricted areas; verify credentials as required; and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical events, disturbances, alarms, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate airport personnel and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas, documenting observations and reporting hazards or concerns.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, maintain required activity logs, and communicate professionally with airport operations personnel, public agencies, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
