Your Role: Senior Data Architect
As a senior member of our team, you will:
- Design and deliver modern data architectures that enable cloud adoption and enterprise-scale analytics.
- Advise and implement best practices for data governance, security, and optimization.
- Shape strategic roadmaps aligning data initiatives with business goals.
- Lead client engagements, influence stakeholders, and manage delivery in dynamic environments.
- Drive innovation by building services and capabilities that define Capco’s vision for Modern Data Architecture.

What You Bring
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing enterprise data strategies and governance models.
- Expertise in Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Impala) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data lakes, ETL frameworks, and metadata management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud migration, security frameworks, and cost optimization.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Ideally, experience in Financial Services consulting and stakeholder management.
