We’re looking for a Paralegal Manager who is passionate about leading a high-performing team!

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations of the Paralegal team to ensure efficient workflows and timely service delivery
- Monitor team performance, prioritize workload, and provide hands-on support for complex or high-volume work
- Use data and insights to optimize staffing, resource allocation, and operational performance
- Develop and coach team members through ongoing feedback, training, and growth opportunities
- Partner with leadership to establish metrics, improve processes, and support hiring initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and alignment with Slide’s core values
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program
- 5+ years of paralegal experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of legal processes, procedures, and regulatory environments
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to live Slide’s Core
