Description
Position: Weekend Evening Charge LPN
Schedule: Every Other Saturday & Sunday | 1:45 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: To be discussed upon interview
Cedar Hills Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for weekend evening coverage. Our community is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents in a warm, family-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the physician and nursing leadership.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Assist with resident assessments and care planning.
- Supervise and support Resident Assistants and Medication Aides as needed.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility policies.
Qualifications:
- Current Tennessee LPN license in good standing.
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care.
