Job Responsibilities:
- Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
- Repairing and/or installing all appliances and HVAC items as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
- Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
Requirements
To be a top candidate you will:
- Have At least 2 years’ in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
