What You'll Do
As a CNA, you'll make a meaningful impact every day by helping residents feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.
Your responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Providing compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team
Working collaboratively with nurses and other caregivers to provide exceptional care
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
What We're Looking For
Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
A caring, dependable, and positive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A passion for providing outstanding care and making a difference in the lives of others
