About the Role
As a Category Manager you will play a key role in driving category growth and shopper engagement across our Tissue portfolio. By combining consumer, shopper and market insights, you will develop customer-focused strategies that strengthen our market position, accelerate growth, and deliver value for both our customers and consumers.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Field Sales teams, you will influence decision-making, optimize category performance, and bring innovative initiatives to life at the point of sale.
What You Will Do
Category Strategy: Develop and lead Category Management initiatives to drive growth across prioritized channels and key customers.
Shopper Activation: Design and implement customer-specific plans covering assortment, distribution, promotion, and in-store visibility.
Point of Sale Excellence: Create and coordinate impactful POS materials and activations to support innovations, product launches, and brand campaigns.
Insight Generation: Analyze sell-in, sell-out, market and shopper data to identify opportunities and recommend actionable growth plans.
Budget Management: Manage the assigned budget, ensuring efficient investment and maximizing return on investment.
Business Planning: Contribute to forecasting and annual planning processes by providing category growth projections and recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing and Field Sales teams to deliver integrated customer and category growth initiatives.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Consumer Goods, preferably within Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience using market and retailer data sources such as Nielsen and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
A collaborative and proactive professional with strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively across multifunctional teams.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
